Won't pigeons just move to a different spot on the roof?
We take careful assessment of your rooftop to identify all areas the pigeons could move to. It’s a tricky science. Anywhere shade will end up or protection from the rain. We also look for “roosting areas” where they will just land and make a mess.
Is there a way to keep them out from under my solar panels?
Absolutely! After removing their nesting materials and spraying out the droppings that have accumulated under your solar and on all the wiring underneath, then we install solar guard. It’s a screen that is manufactured for solar panels. It bolts directly onto the panels without drilling into them, thus maintaining their warranty.
Will the pigeons fly to my neighbors house after I remove them from mine?
Most likely they are already roosting at your neighbors home. Pigeons will typically roost on several homes in the neighborhood. So you will not likely be “pushing them” to your neighbors home. If each person takes a stand for the cleanliness of their residence, the pigeons will move on to other zones.

SANITATION
Removal of nesting materials, waste, and cleaning of surfaces affected by pigeons.
No one wants to clean off the mounds of pigeon poop left behind from pigeon squatters. They carry up to 60 diseases, smell like rotten food, and you have to wear a hazmat suit and a respirator to get the job done.
Pigeon poop is corrosive and can eat through roofing materials as well as the clear glass on solar panels. It also blocks the solar panels ability to absorb sunlight when they are coated in droppings. And lastly, the smell attracts more pigeons and breathing it regularly can be hazardous to your health.
Sanitation Consists of:
- Tarping off the area
