Green Machine has great customer service. They will reschedule your service hassle free. I had my free termite inspection recently. Fredy was knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He assured me there were no signs of termites. They are dealing with them in the neighborhood but I was not close enough to be affected. He also informed me of an optional termite protection plan but was not pushy about it. He encouraged me to take advantage of their unlimited revisit policy if I saw any issues in between my regular service schedule. This company gives you the sense that they have your best interest in mind and are not out to nickle and dime you.

I had Alex today for our pest control service and we have been using them since last year .They have always showed up when there scheduled . Fabulous customer service, Fredy is awesome and extremely thorough. I used Green Machine Pest Control to get rid of bugs at my last rental. This company went above and beyond what other companies stated they would do. When I moved, Fredy came out to my new rental and completed an inspection for me to make sure there were no bugs. They are very reasonable with the cost of treatment and stand behind their word. All the other companies I received quotes from were so high. The owner is so very nice. I would recommend this company to anyone who has pest control issues.

Cory had Scott who is one of his technicians at our house literally in less than two hours after our conversation!!!! ? And Scott was very friendly and extremely thorough in fumigating the inside and outside of our home and the property itself for all pests. Already have seen dead bugs!!!! These guys are awesome! Their customer service is beyond impressive and I am so grateful for them! They go above and beyond. Besides protecting my family from all things creepy and crawly, they leave treats in the yard for my dog (after asking permission) and today, Scott even took it upon himself to bring our garbage barrel in for us. On top of that, when I called this morning for some additional help due to a scorpion sighting, they were at my house within hours! Very impressed with Green Machine. Have used them for years now. Service techs are super friendly, prompt and do a great job every time. Super impressed with the first visit where the tech spent like over an hour doing what I could call a “deep soak” around the outside of the house. Then just maintaining every couple months. If there was ever an issue with a hornets nest/infestation in a bush, rays in the attic, or maybe seeing a bug between visits, they would come and spray for free. I highly recommend Green Machine to anyone and do so often.
